IMPORTANT INFORMATION
After completing the online form we will need to make copies of the original documents. At this stage, if your child is offered an informal place you still need to bring in the physical documents to secure their place.
Please bring the required documents to Oliver Thomas Nursery School reception. Providing documents are authenticated you will then be required to complete an Admission form.
Required documents
- Child’s full birth certificate
- 2x proofs of address e.g bank statement/utility bill (dates within the last 3 months)
- Certificate of proof for 2yr old funding. Only required if applying for a 2yr old place
NOTE: All documents must be originals as we cannot accept photocopies
